Servers bill per second, from boot to stop. There’s no minimum duration and no charge for time a server spends stopped.

A payment method is required before starting any server on PAYG or Pro.

Status	Meaning
`ok`	Payments are current
`grace`	A charge failed. You have 3 days to resolve it before servers stop
`locked`	Servers are stopped until the outstanding balance is resolved
